Senior DVD's are ready pick-up.   They will be in the finance office with Debbie Alford.  Extra DVD's are available for only $20.

Summer Camp Information For All Sports

Students and parents/guardians must complete a registration packet and bring the following documents to register at Central High School East Campus:

1.         Copy of immunizations
2.         Proof of residency in district (PG&E)
3.         Birth certificate
4.         Unofficial copy of high school transcript
5.         Attendance printout
6.         Discipline printout
7.         Custody papers or notarized affidavit (student living with someone other than a parent)

 

Note:

*Students coming from alternative education programs must contact the Student Services office for proper placement determination and paperwork at 559-276-3104.
These programs include independent study, continuation schools and community day schools.   
*Parents/guardians are required to obtain all required documentation prior to registering their student.  
You may have documentation faxed to 559-276-5653 however Central High School East Campus will not request documents on your behalf.
